WarrantyAll of our products including in the web site have a warranty card that shows the time of the warranty on each one, against any fabrication defect. In case of an abuse or a manipulation of the product, the warranty will be automatically over.Things not including on the warranty: the personal equipment as your headphones, speakers…All the reparations in the Radio Stock group that the warranty is over, they have and extended warranty of 3 months if the equipment has the same problem ones again. DevolutionsIt’s very important to always check the material that you buy in from of the shipper, in case of the material was damage in the travelling or manipulated, you won’t have to sign the shipper note and cause of the devolution.Always that a client proceeds to a devolution of material, because of a client mistake the same person will assume all the expenses of the shipping. If the mistake it´s from part of Radio Stock the client will receive the material in a perfect state without any cost. The devolution periods are 7 days, since the day that you receive the product. Radio Stock group won’t accept any devolution that arrives in bad state; for us to accept the devolution, the product has to be in a perfect state, no manipulation on the packet of any kind. And for the devolution it must be include a paper saying the cause of the devolution and the bill. We recommend that before making, any devolution you contact us because this way we can avoid futures problemsImportant: we don’t accept any devolution of any circumstances from software products that the package it’s been open or the tape taken by the client.
